1. Vehicle arrival: When a vehicle approaches the entrance/exit channel, the ground sensor coil automatically detects the vehicle’s arrival and triggers the license plate recognition camera to start.
2. Identification stage:

(Entry process): Temporary vehicles: Automatic card dispensing/button ticket collection. Regular  vehicles: License plate recognition/card swipe verification.

(Exit process): Temporary vehicles: Scan code/payment verification. Regular vehicles: Card swipe/automatic identification and release.

3. Verification processing: The system automatically checks the vehicle information, verifies parking rights/payment status, and uploads the data to the management backend in real time.
4. Vehicle passing: After verification, the barrier is automatically lifted and the vehicle passes through the barrier. After the ground sensor coil detects that the vehicle has completely passed, the barrier automatically drops and resets.
5. Data recording: Completely record vehicle entry and exit information, automatically calculate parking time and fees, and generate parking record reports.

1. Do I need to pre-buried ground sensor coils for installation?

It depends on your choice. We provide radar trigger solutions (no buried wires)too, which are faster to install.

2. Can the barrier gate work normally in extreme weather?

Motor protection level IP54, stable operation at -40℃~60℃.

3. Can the barrier gate arm length and lifting speed be adjusted?

The maximum arm length supported is 6 meters, and the lifting speed depends on the arm length. The shorter the arm, the faster the speed.

4. How does the system connect to the parking management software?

Provide API/RS485/Ethernet interface, compatible with mainstream systems.

5. Can the color and brand logo of the gate be customized?

Yes, we provide Pantone color matching, and the logo can be silk-screened/laser engraved.

6. Is the gate noisy during operation?

Not loud, the noise is less than 60 decibels during normal operation.

7. Will the barrier suddenly fall and hit the car?

No, this system is equipped with an anti-smash function.

8. Can the gate work normally during a power outage?

Yes, it will automatically switch to manual mode when the power is off, and you can lift the gate manually in an emergency. Or you can choose to configure UPS backup power supply (can last 4-8 hours).
